Staff will have their temperature taken at the start of every shift.

Staff who are feeling unwell or displaying any Covid 19 symptoms will be asked to self-isolate for 14 days in line with government guidance.

Staff will wear the required PPE and will change it accordingly for each client and hand sanitise between each client.

Staff will keep their workstations & equipment clean & ready for each client visit.

Please arrive on time, each service has a time slot allocated with a cleaning period in between, so if you are late unfortunately this will reduce your appointment time or may result in it being rescheduled.

Are you well? This is very important and if you are displaying any covid 19 symptoms at all, please reschedule your appointment. No charge will be made for this.

Please bring as little as possible with you to your salon visit. 

Please feel free to bring a book or something to read as there will be no magazines.

Please bring a drink, unfortunately we also cannot offer drinks at this time. 

Please come to your appointment alone, unfortunately due to space we cannot accommodate additional guests, however small at this time.

There will be no waiting area in the salon, so please aim to arrive at your appointment on time and wait outside until your stylist/ beautician calls you in. 

Upon entry to the salon clients will have their temperature taken using a non-contact thermometer. Anyone presenting a temperature will be required to rebook their appointment.

All clients will be asked to use a hand sanitiser on entry to the salon.

The salon has been set out to keep all clients 2m apart. You should only have contact with your stylist and occasionally the assistant.

Your stylist will have clean, fresh equipment for each client.
